STATE-OF-THE-ART MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Blending Plant – Karachi
Etihad Lubes operates a modern Blending Plant located in Karachi, designed and engineered to meet international industry standards. The facility is equipped with:
- Automated blending systems for precise formulation control.
- Batch tracking and traceability for product integrity.
- High-capacity blending tanks with strict contamination control.
- Efficient storage and packing lines for drums, pails, and bulk deliveries.
In-House Quality Laboratory
Our facility includes a fully operational HDIP-approved Laboratory, enabling full spectrum testing of base oils and finished products. Key lab capabilities include:
- Physical and chemical analysis
- Viscosity & viscosity index testing
- Pour point and flash point measurement
- Sulfated ash & additive package verification
- Wear protection and oxidation stability testing
- All tests are conducted by trained chemists using calibrated instruments, ensuring products meet international specifications.
